Where can I find product sizing information?
Product sizing varies between different styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page. Sizing is displayed in both inches and cm for international convenience and is always measured with the item laying flat.
How do I make an exchange?
If the product is unworn and in new condition with the tags attached and order period did not exceed a week, we will be more than happy to assist you. Please click here to submit a exchange request.
What is your refund/returns policy?
We currently do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@xbrive.com with details of the product and the defect and we will try our best to work it out with you.
Can I cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.
